Cinnamon Applesauce Cookies with Raisins & Walnuts
This is such a wonderful cookie for the Autumn Season - it is so moist and flavorful. This recipe is from my mother-in-law, she has made this cookie since the 60's - I tweaked the recipe a little - adding more cinnamon and applesauce.
